Bangalore – May 9 2025: Avaali, a leading digital solutions provider for large enterprises, has announced a strategic leadership reshuffle aligned with its AI-first innovation agenda and the launch of its new Enterprise Resilience Hub (ERH) — an autonomous operations framework for Global Business Services (GBS).
As part of the changes, Jay J. Keller joins as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the newly established AI Innovation Lab and drive next-gen technology adoption across Avaali’s offerings. Keller brings over three decades of global leadership experience, having held senior roles at Johnson & Johnson, Sony, and Our Daily Bread Ministries.
Kannan Sheshadri, formerly Chief Sales Officer, has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 20 years in enterprise operations and logistics, he will now oversee Avaali’s Service Line Practices, Sales & Marketing, and Operational Excellence.
Further strengthening its leadership bench, Avaali has promoted Piyush Agrawal, Jaideep MS, and Naveen Prabhakar to Vice President roles, responsible for product innovation, service delivery, and internal operations, respectively.
