Bengaluru: greytHR, a full-suite HRMS provider, has been making a meaningful impact with its Women Empowerment & Mentorship Program. Launched in June 2024 in partnership with Shishu Mandir, this initiative supports women e-auto drivers in Bangalore – many from underprivileged backgrounds. Providing them with financial know-how, professional skills, and mentorship, the program helps them build confidence and secure their financial futures.
So far, the program has reached over 80 women through bi-weekly training sessions run by greytHR’s dedicated employee volunteers. The company is aiming to make a difference for 5,000 women by the end of 2025 with even more efforts.

“At greytHR, we believe that empowerment comes from having access to knowledge and opportunities. By mentoring and supporting these women, we’re working towards a more inclusive, self-sufficient society where everyone gets a fair shot at success,” shared Sayeed Anjum, Co-founder & CTO of greytHR.
While Shishu Mandir provides technical driving training, greytHR’s sessions focus on financial literacy, savings, and financial planning. This helps the participants manage their earnings smartly and work towards financial independence. The training in customer handling and professionalism enables them to build trust and communication skills, while personal development modules boost their resilience and confidence to break through societal barriers.
The response has been incredibly positive, with many women reporting higher financial awareness and self-confidence. Inspired by this impact, greytHR is committed to ramping up its efforts through more NGO partnerships and continuous volunteer engagement.
“True empowerment isn’t just about getting a job; it’s about building confidence, resilience, and long-term stability. We’re here to support these women as they take charge of their futures,” added Sayeed Anjum.
With this initiative, greytHR reiterates its dedication to creating opportunities, driving positive change, and empowering communities for a brighter tomorrow.
