New Delhi, May 28, 2025: Health-tech startup Kyno Health has unveiled its pioneering “Doctor at Home in 20 Minutes” service, aiming to revolutionize primary care access in Indian cities. Currently live in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Bengaluru, the service promises quick, reliable medical consultations at patients’ homes, with plans to expand to 15+ cities in 2025.
This service allows users to book 30-minute home consultations via the Kyno portal, with doctors arriving in as little as 20 minutes—fully equipped for diagnosis and immediate care. It includes post-consultation support like diagnostics, nursing, and follow-ups.
Having already completed 20,000+ home visits with a 91% satisfaction rate, Kyno has streamlined logistics and upgraded its tech to cut response times from 60 to 20 minutes.
“Kyno’s mission is to make access to primary care as seamless as ordering food or booking a ride,” said Aditya Gupta, Founder of Kyno Health. “By delivering timely care at home, we’re preventing health issues from escalating and reducing barriers to quality treatment.”
Services include care for acute and chronic conditions, IV drips, vaccinations, diagnostics, and more—delivered by rigorously trained professionals under Kyno’s Doctor Excellence Framework. The platform has earned a 4.9-star Google rating and a 25% patient repeat rate.
As the Indian healthcare market heads toward a projected $610 billion valuation by 2026, Kyno is preparing for its next funding round to scale operations and tech infrastructure.
